Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). Proven working experience of 5+ years in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project lifecycle. Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera). Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
