Job Description:
Looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to handle end-to-end project execution, site supervision, and coordination with contractors and consultants. The role involves overseeing timelines, budgets, safety compliance, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction activities from planning to handover
• Monitor project schedule, costs, and resources
• Ensure compliance with building and safety standards
• Review drawings, BOQs, and quality checks
• Coordinate with stakeholders and prepare progress reports
Requirements:
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera
