We are looking for a leader who combines technical design expertise with strong project management skills. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Execute engineering consultancy projects (Oil & Gas / Petrochemical) from kick-off to handover. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (like IOCL, BPCL, etc.), managing technical queries and approval timelines. Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 30+ engineers and designers (Civil, Mech, Elec, Piping) to ensure error-free deliverables. Schedule & Cost: Track project milestones using MS Project/Excel and ensure delivery within the budgeted man-hours. Quality Control: Ensure all designs meet industry standards (API, ASME, IS) and internal quality benchmarks set by our MD. Desired Profile: Education: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or Civil). Experience: Minimum 10 years in Engineering Consultancy / EPC companies (Design focus, not just site execution). Technical: Strong familiarity with Detail Engineering workflows in Oil & Gas.
