Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team specializing in retail

interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing turnkey retail interior

projects, including furniture and fittings, with an ability to understand and interpret CAD drawings.

You will play a critical role in overseeing project execution from concept to completion, ensuring that

all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, including

design, procurement, installation, and handover.

Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth

project execution.

Budget Management: Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines. Ensure projects are

completed within agreed financial and time constraints.

CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with

client requirements and feasibility for implementation.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work

complies with specifications and meets client expectations.

Vendor Management: Source and manage suppliers for furniture, fixtures, and fittings. Ensure timely

procurement and delivery of materials.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and issues,

providing regular updates to clients and senior management.

Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Address client concerns, provide regular updates, and manage expectations.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 4 years of project management experience, specifically in the retail interior

design and fit-out sector.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel for project tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

Familiarity with CAD software and ability to understand and review technical drawings and plans.

Experience with turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage

multiple stakeholders and maintain professional relationships.

Problem-Solving: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Team Leadership: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors

to ensure seamless project execution.

Client-Focused: Ability to manage client expectations, deliver high-quality results, and ensure client

satisfaction.

Desired Skills/Qualities:

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, etc.)

Understanding of building codes and industry standards.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
