Project Manager - Residential Interiors

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for residential interior clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and ensure alignment with design and execution teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams — design, procurement, execution, and accounts — for smooth project flow.
• Prepare quotations, timelines, and work schedules, and present them confidently to clients.
• Ensure all project milestones, quality parameters, and client expectations are met.
• Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support in finalizing and closing projects, ensuring timely handover and client satisfaction.
• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress updates to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling residential interior or fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of client handling and project coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of interior materials, design processes, and site execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
