About the Role:

Project Manager -Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of site engineers, supervisors, and installers across multiple project sites.
Plan, organize, and monitor daily site operations to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Coordinate with design, production, and project management teams for seamless execution.
Allocate manpower, materials, and resources efficiently to meet project goals.
Review technical drawings and ensure proper installation as per design and standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and maintain strict quality control and safety compliance.
Handle client communication, provide updates, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Prepare site progress reports, track timelines, and support billing documentation.

Key Requirements:

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience:
12-20 years in site execution and
team handling
, preferably in modular kitchen, interior, or fit-out industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites and large teams.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of project planning, material management, and installation standards.

Preferred Attributes:

Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to manage deadlines under pressure.
Preference will be given to candidates residing near Noida 63 location.
