Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a
Project Manager
with 2–3 years of experience to join our fast-growing industrial AI solutions team. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution — from planning to delivery — for AI-based automation systems deployed across leading manufacturing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, monitor, and control project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
Coordinate between cross-functional teams — AI engineers, hardware, software, and field teams.
Conduct client meetings, prepare status reports, and ensure project milestones are met.
Track project documentation (SOWs, reports, testing logs, delivery checklists, etc.).
Manage vendor coordination for hardware, logistics, and site installations.
Use PM tools to manage project tasks, dependencies, and progress tracking.
Support quality control, testing, and acceptance processes during deployment.

Required Skills & Tools

Project management tools:
Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or MS Project
Documentation & tracking:
Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Notion
Communication:
Client-facing presentation & coordination skills
Technical familiarity:
Basic understanding of AI, IoT, or industrial automation preferred
Strong multitasking, follow-up, and analytical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Technology / Management
Prior experience managing
tech or automation projects
Comfortable traveling or relocating to Chennai
Proficiency in
Hindi
and
English
