Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist managers in documenting, tracking, and monitoring all aspects of various projects.
Track project activities, timelines, and report progress to leadership periodically.
Participate in internal communications, ensuring adherence to standard processes and reporting.
Monitor all project-related communications including emails, meetings, and calls.
Prepare progress reports for weekly updates and formal leadership reviews, highlighting value delivered to the business.
Monitor and track operational metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and drive resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Support operations-led initiatives by developing detailed plans, tracking dependencies and deliverables, and coordinating resources across the organization.
Draft templates for standard project management tools (project charters, plans, status updates) for wider organizational use.
Provide consulting support at project onset to ensure proper use of templates and best practices.
Develop and maintain reporting programs for holistic team performance evaluation, including vendor management, staffing capacity, resource alignment, and revenue vs. cost metrics.
Manage multiple projects with interdependencies efficiently.
Understand and comply with organizational policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Apply basic risk management principles and frameworks.
Support resource allocation, workload balancing, and skills inventory management.
