Forecasting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Forecasting Manager to lead project planning, pod management, resource forecasting, and delivery oversight across the company.

This role is responsible for managing and guiding Project Managers, ensuring all Pods are operating efficiently, and maintaining complete visibility into active, upcoming, and at-risk projects. The Forecasting Manager ensures the right people are assigned to the right projects, deadlines are protected, quality is maintained, and project delivery remains predictable and smooth.

You will act as the central coordination point between Account Managers, Project Managers, Resource Management, and Leadership driving alignment, identifying risks early, and ensuring every project moves through the pipeline without delays.

Key Responsibilities

Desired Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management within web development or a digital agency environment.


• Strong experience managing multiple Project Managers and coordinating directly with development/design/QA teams.


• Deep understanding of WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, and related tech stacks.


• Proven expertise in project planning, forecasting, risk management, and delivery oversight.


• Strong knowledge of sprint planning, QA processes, and deployment workflows.


• Proficiency with tools like Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.


• Analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, utilization reports, and forecasting tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international clients or white-label delivery models.


• Ability to evaluate technical documentation (user stories, SOWs, acceptance criteria).


• Experience improving delivery frameworks, project processes, or resource allocation models.
