Forecasting Manager

You will be joining the strategic forecasting team based in Pune, where robust forecasting is a top priority due to its significant impact on various business disciplines. The key focus will be on selecting and deploying the right methodologies for forecasting product potential, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. You should have a strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques like Monte Carlo simulations, agent-based modeling, conjoint frameworks, NLP, clustering, etc., and be eager to implement them in the forecasting vertical. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct forecasting using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods - Implement advanced analytics techniques such as Monte Carlo simulations, agent-based modeling, conjoint frameworks, NLP, clustering, etc. - Collaborate with various functions and stakeholders to ensure effective forecasting - Adapt to changing business needs and manage ambiguous environments effectively - Utilize strong analytical skills for problem-solving and strategic thinking - Work on range forecasting using Monte Carlo simulations Qualifications and Skills: - Post-graduates in Engineering, Management, or Pharma with at least 3+ years of experience in relevant roles - 1-2 years of experience specifically in pharmaceutical strategic forecasting or analytics - Proven ability to work collaboratively across large and diverse functions and stakeholders - Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking - Working knowledge of Monte Carlo simulations and range forecasting,
