It is crucial to stay updated with the latest advancements in Agentic AI, machine learning, and Python technologies to continually enhance development processes. The required skills and qualifications for this role include a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Python development. Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, such as reinforcement learning, decision-making algorithms, and autonomous systems, is essential. A strong understanding of AI models and their real-world applications is necessary, along with familiarity with Python libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and NumPy. Proficiency in working with APIs, databases, and version control systems like Git is also required. Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive to create scalable and efficient systems are key qualities for this position. Effective communication skills are essential to collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams.
