About this Role

As a Project Manager at Paywize, you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver fintech products. You’ll be responsible for tracking progress, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple ongoing product streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project goals, timelines, and scope with stakeholders
• Structure and manage integrated, multi-track projects
• Lead the development and tracking of integrated project plans
• Manage scope by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• Establish and maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle
• Create and manage sprint plans and track deliverables
• Utilize project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans and work hours
• Monitor execution risks and remove blockers
• Conduct stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Review project activities for compliance with procedures and standards
• Ensure clear documentation and reporting to leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing software projects
• Strong command over Agile/Scrum methodology
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Critical thinking and good decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills
• Excellent team and time management skills
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or ClickUp

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in fintech, banking, or B2B SaaS
• PMP or CSM certification is added advantage
• Ability to manage third-party vendors or technology partner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
