Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong technical and businessconsulting skills to manage IT transformation projects for Co-Operative Banks and driveconsulting opportunities in nearby districts. The candidate should have a solid backgroundin banking technology—either as an IT Manager in a bank or from pre-sales roles with CBSvendors, cloud providers, or networking solution companies.

Key Responsibilities•

Lead CBS, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure projects for assigned Co Op Banks.

• Coordinate with bank management, vendors, and ENX teams to ensure project milestones and compliance.

• Monitor SLA, vendor performance, and risk mitigation.

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned bank clients.

• Guide banks on IT planning, RBI/NABARD compliance (CSOC, KYC, DR, audit readiness).

• Conduct workshops for bank staff on digital banking & IT best practices.

• Identify consulting opportunities in nearby Co-Op and Urban banks.

• Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and present ENX capabilities.

• Build partnerships with CBS providers, hardware vendors, and cloud partners.

• Create project reports, risk logs, meeting minutes, and MIS.

• Ensure documentation for audits, certifications (like STQC, ISO), and governmentreporting.

Education BE/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, or Computer GraduateExperience 3+ years in banking IT, CBS presales, cloud/networkingsolutionsDomain Knowledge Co-Operative Banking, CBS (Finacle, TCS BaNCS, Infrasoft,etc.)/RBI guidelinesTechnical Skills IT infrastructure, Data Center & DR Site Management, CloudSolutions, Networking and Cyber SecurityProject Tools MS Word, Excel, PowerPointSoft Skills Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder engagementLanguages Proficiency in English, Marathi, and/or Hindi preferredTravel Willingness to travel within the region.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
