Project Manager – Medical Data Analysis | On-site | Salem, Tamil Nadu

Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end medical record review operations. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality deliverables, drive process excellence, and collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor Medical Data Analysts; drive team productivity.
• Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee daily workflows and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Optimize workload allocation and maintain clear project documentation.
• Implement process improvements, audits, and peer review systems.
• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and manage appraisals.
• Handle client communication, feedback, and cross-team coordination.
• Identify risks and manage scope or process changes.
• Maintain SOPs, templates, and knowledge resources.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in Medical Record Review or US Healthcare outsourcing.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial or project management role.
• Strong leadership, workflow management, quality control, and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of medical record analysis, HIPAA, PM tools, and quality systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in science/healthcare preferred (or any degree).
