Project Manager – Mechanical EPC Projects

Location: Delhi (Dwarka Mor)
Job Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
CTC: ₹10–11 LPA

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong Mechanical EPC experience to manage projects from sales handover to final client delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in planning, execution, client coordination, and leading cross-functional teams (Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Site, Accounts) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Handover & Planning: Receive handover from Sales, review scope and customer requirements, and prepare internal project handover documents. Ensure Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) are in place.
• Client Communication & Kick-Off: Act as the main point of contact for clients, conduct project kick-off meetings, and manage design approvals.
• Execution & Monitoring: Track project timelines (Design, Procurement, Site), monitor progress, escalate risks, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Internal & Client Coordination: Facilitate timely approvals, coordinate across internal teams, and provide regular project updates to clients.
• Quality & Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is updated, archived, and compliant with QA/QC standards. Conduct site visits as required.
• Project Closure: Manage final execution, handover completion documents, and conduct internal debriefs to capture learnings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• 5–7 years of experience in Mechanical EPC/Construction/Infrastructure project management (If you have experience in this range only, please apply)
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ISO, QA/QC, and HSE compliance

Reporting Structure:

• Reports To: Project Head
• Coordinates With: Sales, Design, Procurement, QA/QC, Site, Accounts
• Direct Reports: Project Coordinators, Site Engineers
