Role Overview


We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support the marketing department. This role will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders across departments and geographies.


Key Responsibilities


·      Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, from planning to execution and reporting.

·      Develop and maintain project timelines, task assignments, and progress tracking.

·      Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, social media, operations) to ensure alignment.

·      Track budgets, resources, and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on schedule.

·      Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues, and propose solutions proactively.

·      Report regularly to the CMO on project status, progress, and outcomes.

·      Ensure all marketing projects comply with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications


·      4–6 years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, advertising, or digital campaigns.

·      Strong understanding of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday.com).

·      Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

·      Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

·      Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

·      Background in financial services, fintech, or other compliance-driven environments is preferred.

·      PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
