Project Manager Marketing

As a highly organized Project Manager at TradeZero, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department by overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. Your role will involve ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders across various departments and geographies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end delivery of marketing projects, from planning to execution and reporting. - Develop and maintain project timelines, task assignments, and progress tracking. - Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, social media, operations) to ensure alignment. - Track budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects remain on schedule. - Identify risks, bottlenecks, and issues, and propose solutions proactively. - Regularly report project status, progress, and outcomes to the CMO. - Ensure all marketing projects comply with brand, legal, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably within marketing, advertising, or digital campaigns. - Strong understanding of project management tools such as Jira or Monday.com. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in English communication skills (spoken and written). - Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams. - Background in financial services, fintech, or compliance-driven environments is preferred. - Possession of PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is considered an advantage.,
