Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers and site staff, delegating responsibilities and ensuring optimal workflow.
Identify potential project risks, resolve design/construction challenges, and implement corrective strategies.
Prepare detailed project documentation, progress reports, and conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory benchmarks.
Monitor project costs, manage cash flow, and ensure alignment with financial commitments.
Enforce strict HSE standards on-site to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
