Project Manager – Automotive Lubricants Sales Location: Pune Department: Sales & Business Development Role Summary: Responsible for driving automotive lubricant sales (engine oils, greases, coolants, etc.) across Maharashtra through dealer development, key account management, and project execution. Key Responsibilities: Achieve regional sales targets and expand dealer network. Manage sales projects, promotions, and product launches. Build relationships with distributors, garages, and fleet operators. Coordinate with production, logistics, and marketing teams. Lead and monitor sales team performance and market activities. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred. 5–10 years of experience in lubricants or automotive sales. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Willing to travel across Maharashtra. KPIs: Sales growth, dealer expansion, project completion, and customer satisfaction.
