Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee the execution of IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, design, QA, support) to ensure timely deliverables.
• Gather and understand client requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and presentations.
• Maintain proper project documentation and reports.
• Manage stakeholder communication and act as a bridge between clients and technical teams.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (MBA/Management background is a plus).
• 1–2 years of experience as a Project Manager / Project Coordinator in an IT company.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT processes.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
