- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP certification is preferred
- 14-18 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Execution department
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
