As a Project Manager for Premium Projects, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time with exceptional quality. You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from partial design to full execution and handover. Your role will involve understanding multi-disciplinary drawings (2D/3D), identifying design discrepancies, managing BOQs and work orders, preparing detailed execution schedules, and conducting regular site audits.
You will oversee quality control, provide technical guidance to site teams, manage stakeholder communication through regular updates and progress reports, and ensure strict adherence to checklists and SOPs. Collaboration with internal teams, building strong vendor relationships, and driving process improvements will also be key responsibilities.
