Vacancy with MNC BPO Client- Accounting Process Role : Project Manager - Offshore Project Migration (US Client) Location: Chennai Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Project Understanding & Scoping Conduct in-depth discussions with the clients accounting team and senior stakeholders (including CFOs and Finance Directors) to understand the scope, objectives, and critical pain points of the project. Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement, automation, or optimization during migration. 2. Process Design & Standardization Develop and document structured workflows and controls aligned with client expectations. Define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure process consistency, efficiency, and accountability. Ensure that new processes meet both compliance and quality standards. 3. Offshore Transition & Execution Lead the end-to-end project migration from onshore to offshore teams , ensuring minimal disruption and a smooth handover. Act as a bridge between the clients onshore leadership and offshore delivery teams, translating business requirements into actionable deliverables. Drive knowledge transfer sessions and transition planning activities, including risk mitigation strategies. 4. Stakeholder Communication & Leadership Engagement Engage and communicate proactively with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, Controllers, and Department Heads. Present project plans, updates, and roadblocks in a structured manner, ensuring transparency and strategic alignment. Guide client leaders through the transition, adding value as a thought partnernot just an executor. 5. Continuous Improvement & Relationship Management Monitor performance post-migration and continuously seek process improvements. Foster a consultative relationship with the client, positioning Ntrust as a trusted, long-term partner. Ensure client satisfaction, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and escalate issues appropriately. Please feel free to reach out for any queries.
