Project Manager - Labware LIMS

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager LabWare LIMS who can bridge business, technology, and operations seamlessly. The role demands strong leadership, clarity, and the ability to transform complex laboratory operations into structured, efficient digital systems. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end enterprise LIMS implementation projects from discovery and requirements gathering to deployment and user adoption ensuring alignment across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirement workshops with client stakeholders across global time zones.
• Document as-is and to-be workflows, data migration requirements, and key business decisions.
• Coordinate with technical leads and third-party vendors on integration, ELN design, and deployment.
• Develop discovery plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource planning, and effort estimation.
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations.
• Conduct weekly project reviews, progress tracking, and issue-resolution meetings.
• Build trust and accountability with clients and internal teams through clear, consistent communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery or project management, with minimum 3 years managing LabWare LIMS implementations.
• Strong understanding of LIMS workflows, data models, configurations, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in project documentation, estimation, and stakeholder communication.
• LabWare Admin 1 Certification is mandatory.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Life Sciences.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Exposure to CSV / GxP compliance is desirable.
