Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor infrastructure and applications using Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana 2. Respond to alerts/incidents, investigate issues, and perform first-level triage and resolution - Perform system health checks, routine maintenance, and patch verification 3. Manage cloud infrastructure alerts and resource usage on AWS 4. Execute scripts and operational procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks and issues - Escalate issues based on severity and defined SLAs to L2/L3 or respective teams - Log incidents and detailed action notes in the ticketing system (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.) - Create and maintain monitoring dashboards and alert configurations 5. Participate in shift rotations (Morning, Evening, Night - 8 hrs per shift)
