Project manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
• Break down tasks and ensure clarity for team members
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as required

2. Coordination & Communication

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO, and other departments
• Ensure smooth communication and proper task flow
• Conduct daily/weekly team meetings to update status

3. Deadline Management

• Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed timeline
• Handle last-minute changes and urgent project demands
• Reprioritize tasks to meet strict deadlines
• Escalate challenges and risks proactively

4. Pressure Handling & Problem-Solving

• Work comfortably under high workloads and tight deadlines
• Resolve conflicts, delays, and technical/communication issues
• Make quick decisions without compromising project quality

5. Quality Assurance

• Review work before client delivery
• Ensure client requirements and standards are met
• Identify improvement areas and recommend solutions

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reports
• Track team performance and task completion
• Provide weekly progress reports to management

Pay: ₹19,126.51 - ₹72,736.34 per month
