Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Mumbai. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, vendor management, billing approvals, managing logistics, inspecting work quality, and expediting processes to meet deadlines. The Project Manager will also handle any issues that arise during the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Project Management, and Expediting skills
• Experience in Civil and / or MEP Works
• Effective communication and team management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in Hospitality or Real Estate projects is advantageous
