Project Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

• Receiving drawings, & then analyze and revert with queries, if any.
• Cross-check Estimate as per drawings and confirm quantity in BOQ.
• Follow up with mall and client for mall approval along with design team.
• Pre-start of work documentation with mall.
• After appointments of contractor take estimates and get it approved from commercial team.
• Kick off meeting with clients and contractors and identify any site issues or unexpected variations.
• Monitor day to day activity along with pert chart
• If there is any additional work or increase in quantity highlight to client and commercial team.
• Detailed follow up with various vendors and other agencies for materials and site executions.
• Material management weekly planning of the ongoing site.
• Labor management.
• Report all project details DAILY REPORTING VIA MAIL.
• Checking & certifying all vendor bills.
• Identifying snags and required rectifications. Ensuring a SNAG FREE store.
• If there is any snag requirement from the client, he / she needs to resolve the same and a revert with detailed report to client is required with before & after photographs.
• Closing of all bills from vendor and contractors.
• Closure of projects with respect to finance.
• Closure of the project with respect to handover to client.
• Maintaining site & vendor report format already shared.
• Good communication skills with clients and internal team.
• Good understanding of drawings & materials.
• Managing the Team.
• Budgeting ( required throughout the project ).

Requirements and skills:

• Proven working experience in retail & commercial industries is must.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
• Communication and presentation skills
• Time management skills
• Project management skills.
• Team management skills
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar
