Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee all departments, including sales, liaison, CRM, project execution, and recovery work. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and prior experience in general management and real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams across sales, CRM, liaison, civil, and recovery.
• Hire, train, and delegate work to team members while ensuring targets are met.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely execution of work.
• Handle customer meetings, settlements, and end-to-end property registries.
• Coordinate with channel partners, manage the internal sales team, oversee end-to-end sales closing, and handle pre-sales & post-sales paperwork and operations.
• Liaise with government departments and legal teams to manage litigations.
• Handle existing customers staying on-site for any maintenance-related issues.
• Keep all data updated and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Requirements:

✔ Prior experience in general management and real estate sales is preferred.
✔ Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.✔ Ability to liaise with government bodies and legal teams.
✔ Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
