Project Manager - IT

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage the full project lifecycle – requirement gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and closure.
• Act as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement solutions proactively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct team meetings, performance tracking, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management (Software Development/Implementation/Infrastructure).
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage teams across cross-functional departments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (preferred).
