Project Manager - IT

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage web development projects from inception to delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, business teams, and developers to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Give project estimations.
• Oversee development using PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Framework 7) and JavaScript frameworks (Vue JS, NodeJS, ReactJS).
• Manage and guide teams on CMS development (WordPress, Elemantor) and custom theme/plugin development.
• Ensure high-quality front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and Photoshop.
• Manage databases like MySQL, SQL, and MongoDB for scalable applications.
• Supervise integration of third-party APIs, Google Maps, payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, PayU, CashFree, etc.), and custom token standards
• Implement design patterns, perform code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

• APIs & Integrations: REST APIs, Google Maps API, Payment Gateways, Blockchain APIs
• Tools: Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text, Notepad++
• Strong understanding of design patterns, application flows, and debugging
• Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in diverse environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
