Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects, including setting timelines, budgets, and objectives.
 Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
 Supervise and coordinate with the interior design team, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
 Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects progress according to plan.
 Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, review workmanship, and make adjustments as necessary.
 Anticipate potential project delays or challenges and proactively address them to keep the project on track.
 Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to project specifications.
 Ensure that all projects adhere to local regulations and safety standards.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and meeting notes. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry.
Skills: Proven experience managing interior design projects from concept to completion.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles & materials processes.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate and work with suppliers and vendors.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
Knowledge about Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of sustainability practices in interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape or other design software is a plus.
