Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software development or Quality Assurance. This role requires leading cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Oversee the QA process, ensuring robust testing strategies, defect management, and quality compliance.
• Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure deliverables meet functional and performance requirements.
• Implement and monitor project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or hybrid).
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests effectively.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in both development and QA processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software project management, including hands-on involvement in Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing Agile/Scrum-based projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with QA tools such as Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
