Job Summary: Responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing, functional, and innovative designs for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, conceptualize design ideas, and bring them to life with attention to detail and a high standard of design quality. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and functional needs. Develop design concepts that are both functional and visually appealing. Present design ideas to clients for approval. Plan layouts that optimize the use of space while considering aesthetics, functionality, and safety. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that align with the design vision and client requirements. Create detailed design sketches, 2D models, 3D models & renderings to present design concepts. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring designs stay within the specified financial constraints. Oversee the entire project from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Conduct regular site visits to ensure the design is being executed as planned, and make necessary adjustments. Effectively communicate design ideas and revisions to clients, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the design process. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design.

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. Responsibilities Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Qualifications Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite Strong creative and communication skills Demonstrated ability to execute

Key Responsibilities:  Lead the planning and execution of interior design projects, including setting timelines, budgets, and objectives.  Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.  Supervise and coordinate with the interior design team, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.  Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects progress according to plan.  Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, review workmanship, and make adjustments as necessary.  Anticipate potential project delays or challenges and proactively address them to keep the project on track.  Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring quality work and adherence to project specifications.  Ensure that all projects adhere to local regulations and safety standards.  Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, invoices, change orders, and meeting notes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interior design or construction industry. Skills: Proven experience managing interior design projects from concept to completion. Strong knowledge of interior design principles & materials processes. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate and work with suppliers and vendors. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge about Basic computer skills. Knowledge of sustainability practices in interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape or other design software is a plus.
