Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes for India-based hires, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company policies
• Collaborate with HR and legal teams to maintain compliance with India employment regulations
• Support control testing activities related to

  SOX

  and

  SOC

  frameworks
• Track and document compliance-related tasks, follow-ups, and audit readiness
• Serve as a communication bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring timely updates and clear documentation
• Assist in maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or operations
• Familiarity with India hiring laws and employment compliance
• Exposure to SOX/SOC control testing or audit support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with remote or global teams
