We are seeking a talented and results-driven Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects with a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires expertise in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and budgeting, along with proven ability to manage global teams and complex initiatives. The ideal candidate combines technical acumen with business awareness to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-impact project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Delivery

Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-volume projects, ensuring client satisfaction, profitability, and quality.

Create and execute delivery strategies, foster cross-functional collaboration, and apply innovative practices to raise efficiency and delivery standards.

2. Stakeholder Management

Build and nurture strong relationships with global clients and internal stakeholders.

Align strategic plans with business objectives, manage multi-geography projects, and ensure successful outcomes across diverse markets.

3. Resource Allocation Team Leadership

Scale and manage large, cross-functional teams with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and professional development.

Collaborate closely with Tech, QA, Art, Game Design, and Maths teams to drive aligned and high-quality results.

4. Risk Management

Identify risks and client concerns early and create effective mitigation plans.

Establish a culture of proactive risk management, guiding teams to anticipate challenges and maintain business continuity.

5. Financial Analytical Management

Oversee project budgets and PL with a data-driven approach to ensure profitability and strategic resource allocation.

Lead forward-looking financial strategies that optimize performance, scale operations, and sustain business growth.

6. Technical Acumen Career Progression

Bring hands-on technical and delivery experience, ideally progressing from developer to project manager.

Apply strong knowledge of methodologies, tools, and scalable processes to enhance efficiency, deliver high-quality outcomes, and drive long-term impact.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in project delivery and program management within large-scale, multi-geography environments.

Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, including global clients and internal leadership.

Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated expertise in project financials, PL management, and data-driven decision-making.

Technical foundation with hands-on experience in software development or related areas preferred.

Advanced understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices

Education from international studies (preferred).
