Role & responsibilities Technical Development: Develop and optimize Unity games for WebGL platform Implement best practices for cross-browser compatibility Create and maintain efficient client-server communication systems Optimize game assets and code for web deployment Implement secure communication protocols for online gaming Game Development & Innovation: Collaborate with Game Design and Backend teams to implement online game features Optimize game performance for web browsers and different network conditions Develop innovative solutions for web-based game mechanics Implement real-time multiplayer features and networking solutions Ensure compliance with web gaming regulations and standards Performance & Quality Assurance: Optimize WebGL builds for faster loading and better runtime performance Implement browser-based testing and debugging strategies Develop solutions for cross-platform browser compatibility Implement efficient asset loading and management systems Technical Integration: Work with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and WebSocket services Integrate analytics and tracking systems Ensure proper handling of browser cache and storage Develop offline capabilities where appropriate R&D & Technology Strategy: Explore new Unity WebGL features and capabilities Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing Stay updated with browser technologies and web standards Participate in architecture planning for new online games Preferred candidate profile The Ideal Candidate Passionate about web-based gaming technology Strong portfolio of WebGL-based Unity games Deep understanding of browser limitations and optimization techniques Experience with online casino or gambling games preferred Knowledge of web security best practices Technical Skills : Expert-level proficiency in Unity WebGL development Advanced C# programming skills Strong expertise in web technologies (HTML5, WebGL) Experience with client-server architecture and networking Proficiency in version control (Git) Experience with web performance optimization and browser compatibility Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and in team settings Adaptability to rapidly evolving web technologies Self-motivated with attention to detail Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or related field Additional certifications in Unity or web development preferred
