Project Manager

Job Description In your new role you will: Plan, organize, and control the project. Will be fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets. and will be Main contact person for all questions regarding the project. Form and lead the project team. Assign responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members. Manage projects / sub-projects with minor complexity, risk, impact and reach. Manage a medium sized project team with members outside the direct working environment Project Structure & Standards. Manage and control the entire project life-cycle and ensures hand-over to sustaining function Structure project and ensure compliance . Use IFX project management tools to structure projects and control progress Apply IFX risk management methodology Has solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation Has fundamental knowledge in project-related legal and financial aspects Project Execution Solve problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment Continuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges Identify and manage changes and adapt project approach if necessary. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable More than 10 years of work experience and at least more than 5 years of experience in project-management (ideally within the semiconductor industry) Deep technical background in electronics Deep understanding of the development flow of complex mixed signal developments Experience in new product development in Semiconductor industry.
