Role & responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Agile & Workflow ManagementCandidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and use/apply formulas as required to extract, consolidate, and process data for reporting and analytics.Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Maintain and continuously improve project workflows and processes.Task Planning & AllocationBreak down project requirements into actionable tasks.Allocate tasks to team members based on skill sets and capacity.Monitor task progress and proactively address blockers.Communication & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly.Coordinate with multiple domains, teams, and technology stacks.Tools & ReportingUse project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel, MS office tools, Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, MS Project).Track tasks, effort, dependencies, and timelines.Prepare and share regular project status reports, dashboards, and metrics.Tracking & GovernanceTrack task orders, change requests, and dependencies.Ensure adherence to defined processes, standards, and quality benchmarks.Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in project management roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and workflows.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools.Strong organizational, planning, and task-tracking skills.
