Project Manager

As a Project Manager at HCL Tech, your role involves being responsible for the end-to-end project management, serving as the primary executive point of contact, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality and timely delivery of the project. You will define and manage deliverables to plan goals for financial performance and handle complex changes effectively. Your engagement and presentation skills will be crucial in the final stage before contract signature if needed. Additionally, you will coach and mentor individual project managers and larger groups to drive success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Providing executive governance of complex Transition and/or Transformation programs from development to implementation, overseeing multiple (global) workgroups. - Matrix-managing all project resources to ensure successful project completion. - Serving as a primary executive point of contact for customers. - Ensuring all processes are documented, communicated, and working efficiently for the project. - Overseeing all Transition and Transformation planning, execution, reporting, and related escalation management. - Defining and managing deliverables to plan client's goals for financial performance. - Developing and managing deliverables to plan versus actual. - Leading and/or participating in organizational initiatives when applicable. - Communicating and translating functional/operational goals into team goals. - Recommending solutions and managing complex changes. - Departmental initiative development and leadership. - Coaching and mentoring individual project managers and larger groups. - Engaging and presenting in the final stage before contract signature. - Project Financial Management **Qualifications Required:** - Strong and proactive communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to interact directly with customers, maintaining an engaging presence. - Strong organizational skills in time management and priority setting. - Proficiency in data validation for projects, project reporting, and analytical tasks. - Ability to coach and mentor project managers and larger groups, with a focus on achieving results. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, Webex. - Familiarity with project management systems, time management tools, and internal client systems. Please note that the preferred professional certifications for this role include ITIL V4 Foundations or equivalent, while mandatory certifications are Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, or their equivalents.,
