Proactive Hiring PMLocation: Grade C2 Experience :8 to 12 years Notice period :preferred Immediate,30 days JD for PM Role Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, computer science, or engineering Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster are good to have. Good exposure in the Banking and Finance domain is a must Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technology consulting projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Work closely with clients to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria, and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, designers, and testers, to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them. Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on project milestones, key decisions, and issues resolution. Manage client expectations and relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and escalations. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external vendors or partners, as required. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in project management, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
