Tirunelveli

Role Overview

Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple software and Salesforce projects for our US-based clients. The role includes full project lifecycle management, Agile execution, stakeholder coordination across time zones, and financial tracking. This is an on-site role based in Tirunelveli with overlapping work hours in EST/CST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client-facing software and Salesforce projects
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, demos)
Break down client requirements into user stories, estimation, and prioritization
Maintain RAID logs and conduct capacity planning
Track deliverables, timelines, and quality metrics
Coordinate with leadership teams in India, the USA, and client organizations
Prepare project reports, dashboards, and invoices.

Required Skills

6-12 years of IT experience, with 4+ years as a Project Manager
Experience in managing US client-facing software services projects
Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Excel)
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
Experience in tracking team utilization and financial compliance

Nice to Have

Experience in Salesforce project delivery
Exposure to AI or automation projects
Knowledge of ISO/SOC2 standards, pre-sales, or SoW preparation
Certifications like PMP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe
