This role demands a skilled project leader who can coordinate cross functional stakeholders, manage vendors, ensure high-quality civil and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) standards, and oversee timely and cost-effective delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, operational efficiency, and on-ground leadership to manage hospitality-focused infrastructure projects.
Coordinate with vendors for efficient resource planning and management.
Oversee maintenance and functioning of electrical and plumbing systems across sites.
Lead on-site teams while managing vendor relationships and supervising contractors.
Manage billing processes, purchase requisitions, and ensure timely financial closure of projects.
Address and resolve site-level grievances; ensure timely execution and completion of work.
Maintain quality standards for all civil and interior works.
Travel to various locations to oversee infrastructure maintenance and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders from operations, finance, and design teams to align project goals.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
Experience in vendor management and conducting contract negotiations.
Familiarity with maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.
Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, billing, and cost control.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across locations.
