Project Manager - Full Stack

Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the design and estimation processes, managing customer relationships, overseeing project execution, and driving delivery excellence initiatives. You will closely work with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions while effectively managing risks, performance, and resources. Key Responsibilities: - Review and guide design, estimates, and scope with the customer. - Create detailed project plans, track progress, and manage constraints. - Identify and manage risks, ensuring process and delivery quality. - Implement delivery excellence initiatives like Focus Hours and continuous improvement practices. - Manage margins, propose billing levels, and ensure adherence to budget constraints. - Close Tier 2 business and manage customer expectations effectively. Team Management: - Plan for hiring needs and make hiring decisions. - Select and assign team members to projects. - Conduct performance reviews, address non-performance issues, and manage leave and compensatory offs. - Control attrition through engagement and corrective actions. - Ensure optimal utilization and team productivity. - Recommend promotions and VP-level decisions. Customer Relationship & Engagement: - Own and manage customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience. - Deliver process and domain value to customers. - Collect Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Requests (CR) from customers. - Implement continuous service improvements based on customer feedback. Technical Expertise & Strategy: - Guide and ensure the quality of designs and deliverables. - Lead the team on best practices for web development and JS frameworks. - Provide technical leadership and support in estimation and deployment. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development. Additional Responsibilities: - Manage IT needs for the project. - Coordinate travel requirements for the team. - Contribute to and implement HR policies. Qualifications: - Extensive experience in Web Development, preferably in .NET and Java. - Proven experience as a Tech Lead and Project Manager in web development. - Strong background in Agile methodologies and delivery practices. - Hands-on experience with JS frameworks and the latest tech stacks. - Experience managing international teams. - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. - Experience with Fixed Price projects and financial management. - Ability to propose and review HR policies effectively.
