Location:

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project planning, resource allocation, and execution.
Collaborate with business and internal stakeholders to understand and influence requirements.
Align solutions with business and IT goals/objectives.
Own all requirement and solution documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate solution options to business owners and stakeholders.
Facilitate open communication and fact-based decision-making.
Develop innovative approaches to solve complex challenges.
Generate MIS reports and follow up with various teams to gather data.
Motivate, guide, and manage team members effectively.

Preferred Candidate:

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Hands-on experience in handling multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
Background in IT or Financial sectors preferred.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
