IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT project manager to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing end-to-end project delivery in a product-based organization, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies, software lifecycle management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including SRS, user stories, timelines, and reports.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor team performance, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives following Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Manage client communications, requirements gathering, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery frameworks.
• Ensure product quality and performance meet the defined standards and client expectations.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as an IT project manager in a product-based company.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Proven experience in managing web, mobile, or SaaS-based product development projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, and development workflows.
• Proficient in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or Management.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,020.01 - ₹30,000.00 per month
