Job Summary:

Project Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of

    corporate office interior projects

    from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal departments (design, procurement, execution).
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Supervise site activities including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, furniture, and finishes.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor performance on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and generate timely status reports for stakeholders.
  • Handle project-related documentation such as BOQs, drawings, work permits, and handover reports.
  • Identify risks and resolve project issues efficiently.
  • Ensure timely billing and cost control aligned with project budgets.

    • Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of construction and interior fit-out techniques and materials.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
