Project Manager Fit-out

As a Project Manager at Cherry Hill Interiors Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and managing interior execution projects for corporate office spaces. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Lead the execution of corporate office interior projects from initiation to completion. - Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal departments (design, procurement, execution). - Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. - Supervise site activities including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, furniture, and finishes. - Manage vendor and subcontractor performance on-site. - Monitor project progress and generate timely status reports for stakeholders. - Handle project-related documentation such as BOQs, drawings, work permits, and handover reports. - Identify risks and resolve project issues efficiently. - Ensure timely billing and cost control aligned with project budgets. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of construction and interior fit-out techniques and materials. - Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
