About the Role:

Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in the

  fintech domain

  , including mutual funds, lending, payments, or wealth management platforms.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, product managers, developers, QA teams, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards (SEBI, RBI, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, etc.).
• Lead Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure continuous improvement in delivery practices.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reporting to leadership.
• Provide mentorship to junior project managers and contribute to process excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 8–12 years of project management experience, with

  at least 3–5 years in the fintech or financial services domain

  .
• Proven track record in delivering complex tech projects involving

  mobile apps, APIs, payment gateways, or banking systems

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Agile

  ,

  Scrum

  Waterfall

  methodologies.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, product, QA, DevOps).
• Familiarity with

  compliance frameworks

  relevant to financial services.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Prior experience with

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

  in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related field (B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA) is required.

• MBA

  or

  Postgraduate Diploma in Management/IT

  is a strong plus.
• Project management certifications such as

  PMP

  PRINCE2

  CSM

  are preferred.
