Role Overview: As a Project Manager with strong experience in Shopify and eCommerce development, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, team optimization, technical understanding, and effective client management will be crucial for the success of the projects. Key Responsibilities: - Cost Management: Deliver projects within defined budgets, optimize resource allocation, and control operational costs. - Schedule Management: Ensure timely delivery using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), track milestones, and manage delays effectively. - Team Utilization: Maximize productivity, reduce bench time, and drive efficient use of resources. - Quality Assurance: Implement strong development, testing, and deployment practices to ensure high-quality, defect-free outputs. - End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage complete project lifecycles from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. - Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, provide clear updates, and ensure transparent communication. - Agile Delivery & Risk Management: Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. - Technical Oversight: Guide development teams on Shopify, eCommerce, Open Source (React, Node.js), Mobile technologies, and AI-driven automation tools (JIRA, ChatGPT). - Process Optimization: Continuously improve workflows using performance metrics, retrospectives, and data-driven insights. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of end-to-end IT Project Management experience in software development. - 5+ years of hands-on development or technical project exposure in Shopify, eCommerce, and Open Source technologies. - Proven experience working with Agile methodologies, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git/SVN). Additional Details: The company preferred certifications such as PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications, although they are not mandatory for the role.
